One of the first and probably the most important thing that you need to keep in mind when you are working on a co-working space is that you need to respect the space of your team members and other people using the space. Keep in mind that people need a certain amount of space to ensure that they can work properly. If you will keep hovering their space, they might feel uncomfortable and this practice would turn them off.

One of the features of co-working spaces is the shared amenities and facilities. This means that every tenant should have the right to use these amenities. Do not make it a habit to hoard them. Be sure to allow other to use these amenities. Keep in mind that these tenants also have the right to use them since it is part of their package. If you are in a hurry, try to ask them nicely if you can use it first.

So be sure to practice silence when you are in the space. When you are talking to someone on the phone, it would be best to excuse yourself or talk in a moderate voice.
